Thankful for paid holiday off

Today I am thankful for many things. I am off from work today and started the day with coffee, waffle, news and PJs. It’s perfect. And it is often during these moments – stressfree moments – when I have the desire to write. I have neglected this blog for way too long. Not sure why, just kinda fell to the wayside. I guess I come  back when I feel I need to publicly vocalize my thankfulness for things I’ve been blessed with.  Below is a short list of those blessings.

• A wonderful hubby who I love very much, and loves me in return
• A great marriage where we support and respect the other
• Wonderful, loving family
• A loving, sweet, funny puppy
• A full-time job that satisfies me, challenges me, and fits me
• A paid holiday day off given to me from my employer
• A warm, safe house that has become my home
• Coffee!
• Leftover waffles
• The passion for writing – therefore blogging
